Burnett's Vodka

The Basilico Martini
20 large basil leaves
1 bottle Bianco Vermouth

Tear leaves in half and soak for six days in Bianco Vermouth

2 oz. Burnett's Citrus Vodka
1 oz. Basil-infused Bianco Vermouth

Put straw into chilled martini glass and garnish with a sprinkle of basil.

The Broad Street Treat
1 1/2 oz. Burnett's Vodka
1/2 oz. Triple Sec

Fill with cranberry juice. Shake well. Top with splash of club soda. Garnish with floating orange slices.

Flying Chocolate-covered Pear Martini
3 oz. Burnett's Vodka
1 oz. Torani Chocolate Milano
1/2 oz. Torani Pear
1/2 oz. Triple sec

Fill shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into chilled Martini glass.

Passionate Screw
2 oz. Passoa
1/2 oz. Burnett's Vodka
2 oz. Orange juice

Pour Passoa and Vodka directly into glass. Fill to the top with orange juice.

Warsaw Cocktail
1 1/2 oz. Burnett's Vodka
1/2 oz. Blackberry Liqueur
1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
1 tsp. Lemon juice

Shake well and strain into pre-chilled cocktail glass. Add twist of lemon.

Blue Star Martini
2 oz. Burnett's Vodka
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao

Shake over ice and strain into Martini glass. Garnish with orange twist.

Creamy Screwdriver
6 oz. Orange juice
1 small egg yolk, slightly beaten
2 oz. Burnett's Vodka
3/4 cup Finely cracked ice
1 tsp. Sugar

Put orange juice, egg yolk, vodka, cracked ice and sugar into the well of a blender. Blend 20 seconds. Pour over two or three ice cubes in a tall glass. Add more ice as necessary.

Vodka Old-Fashioned
1/2 tsp. Sugar
2 dashes bitters
1 tsp. Water
2 oz. Burnett's Vodka
Lemon peel

Dissolve sugar with bitters and water in old fashioned glass. Add vodka. Fill glass to rim with cubes, or coarsely cracked pieces of ice. Stir well. Twist lemon peel above drink and drop in glass.

Beachcomber
3 oz. Dry red wine
3 oz. Cranberry juice
1/2 oz. Burnett's Vodka
Lemon twist

Stir red wine, cranberry juice and vodka in a chilled highball glass with ice. Add lemon.

Banana Balm
1 1/2 oz. Burnett's Vodka
1/2 oz. Banana Liqueur
1 tsp. Lime juice
Club soda
Mint sprigs

Mix vodka, banana liqueur and lime juice with cracked ice in a shaker or blender. Pour into chilled highball glass. Fill with club soda. Stir gently. Garnish with mint sprig.

Chiquita
1 1/2 oz. Burnett's Vodka
2 tsp. Banana Liqueur
2 tsp. Lime juice
2 oz. Sliced bananas
1 tsp. Sugar
2 oz. Crushed ice

Combine vodka, banana liqueur, lime juice, bananas, sugar and ice in blender at low speed for 15 seconds. Strain mixture and serve straight up.

Bloody Blossom
1 1/2 oz. Burnett's Vodka
3 oz. Orange juice
3 oz. Tomato juice
Mint sprig

Mix vodka, orange juice and tomato juice in a shaker or blender with cracked ice and pour into a Collins glass. Garnish with mint.

Vodka Cooler
1/2 tsp. Powdered sugar
2 oz. Carbonated water
2 oz. Burnett's Vodka
Spiral of orange peel

Into a Collins glass stir powdered sugar and carbonated water. Fill glass with ice and vodka. Fill with carbonated water and stir again. Insert spiral of orange peel and dangle end over rim of glass.

Twister
2 oz. Burnett's Vodka
1/3 Lime
Lemon soda
Lime rind

Pour vodka and lime juices into a Collins glass. Add several cubes of ice, and lime rind. Fill with lemon soda and stir.

1 oz. Burnett's Orange Vodka
1 oz. Burnett's Vanilla Vodka

Fill with Club Soda. Serve over ice in rocks glass.

Blue Ice Martini
3/4 oz. Burnett's Raspberry Vodka
3/4 oz. Burnett's Citrus Vodka
Splash of Blue Curacao
Splash of Cointreau or triple sec
Splash sour mix

Shake with ice. Pour into Martini glass.

Pink Lemon Fizz
2 oz. Burnett's Citrus Vodka
1/2 oz. Chambord

Fill with equal parts 7-up and Sweet & Sour. Build in tall glass. Top off with Chambord and garnish with lemon wedge.

Burnett's Citrus Cooler
1 1/2 oz. Burnett's Citrus Vodka
Equal parts lemonade, cranberry juice and club soda

Pour ingredients over ice in a tall glass, stir and garnish with a lemon wedge.

1 oz. lemon-lime soda
Splash of cola

Stir with ice and serve straight up.

Boston Cream Pie

1/2 oz. O'Mara's Irish Cream
1/2 oz. Dark Crème de Curacao

Pour over ice, shake and strain into shot glass. Top with whipped cream.

Key Lime Pie

1 oz. Rose's Lime Juice

Chill ingredients and serve.

1 oz. Sour Apple Vodka
1 oz. Melon Liqueur
Splash of sour mix

Shake with cracked ice and strain into cocktail glass.

5 oz. Pineapple juice

1/2 oz. Lazzaroni Amaretto
3 oz. Orange juice
1/2 oz. Grenadine
