Nectarine Daiquiri (six servings)
2 lbs.   Ripe Nectarines (unpeeled), quartered, pitted
3/4 cup  Simple Syrup
1 1/4 cup Whaler's Great White Rum
1 cup  Plum Wine
2/3 cup  Fresh Lime Juice
3 cups   Ice cubes
Combine nectarines and Simple Syrup in processor.  Puree until smooth.  Strain mixture into large pitcher, pressing on solids in strainer to extract as much liquid as possible.  Discard solids in strainer.  Add rum, plum wine and lime juice to pitcher.  Stir to blend well.  Add 3 cups to pitcher.  Pour daiquiri into cocktail glasses.  Garnish rim of each glass with plum wedge, if desired, serve.

New Orleans Buck
1 1/2 oz. Whaler's Great White Rum
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1/2 oz. Orange Juice
2 dashes bitters
Iced ginger ale
Shake well and strain into 8 oz. glass half-filled with ice.  Add ginger ale and stir. 
Garnish with lime slice.

Corkscrew
1 1/2 oz.  Whaler's Great White Rum
1/2 oz.  Dry Vermouth
1/2 oz.  Peach Liqueur
1 slice lime
Shake well and strain into pre-chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with lime slice.

1 oz. Lime juice

2 oz. Coco Lopez coconut milk

ÁGUA LUCA Brazilian Rum Cachaca

Blackberry Mojito
 
2.5 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
4-5 Plump blackberries
4-6 Mint sprigs
2 Lime wedges
1 oz. Simple syrup
1 oz. Fresh lime juice
 
Muddle blackberries, mint sprigs, lime wedges and simple syrup. Add ÁGUA LUCA and fresh lime juice. Shake over ice and pour into a Collins glass. Add a splash of soda. Garnish with mint and blackberries.

Caipirinha
 
2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
2 tsp. Sugar OR 1 oz. Simple syrup
1 Lime cut in quarters
 
Muddle sugar and limes in a shaker thoroughly. Add ÁGUA LUCA and cracked ice. Shake vigorously and pour contents of shaker, including ice, into Lowball. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Mojito
 
2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
12 Fresh mint leaves
3-4 Lime wedges
1 oz. Simple syrup
Soda water
 
Muddle mint, lime and simple syrup. Add ice and ÁGUA LUCA. Shake and serve over cracked ice.  Top with soda water. Garnish with mint in a Collins Glass.

BRAZILIAN MARGARITA

2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. fresh lime Juice

Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice.  Shake and pour into a rocks or Margarita glass. 

Pineapple & Mint Caipirinha
 
2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
4 Medium pieces of pineapple
2 tsp. Sugar OR 1 oz. Simple syrup
1/2 Lime cut in quarters
6 Mint leaves
 
Muddle lime, pineapple, mint and sugar in a shaker thoroughly. Add ÁGUA LUCA and cracked ice. Shake vigorously and pour contents of shaker, including ice, into Lowball.

BRAZILIAN COSMO
 
1 1/2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1 oz. Cranberry juice
1/2  oz. Cointreau
1/2  oz. Fresh Lime Juice
 
Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Alternatively, use your favorite Cosmo recipe and substitute ÁGUA LUCA for vodka

BRAZILIAN SANGRIA

1 Lime, diced
2-3 Bar spoons of sugar
3/4 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1 oz. Red Wine
3/4 oz. Passionfruit Puree

In a Lowball glass, muddle lime and sugar.  Add remianing ingredients.  Shake vigorously and serve. Garnish with lime and sugarcane stick.

ÁGUA PAMA BRAZILIAN MARGARITA

1 1/2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1 1/2 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
1/2 oz. Cointreau or Grand Marnier
 
Splash of fresh lime juice. Shake and serve over the rocks in a Lowball glass or Margarita glass.

ÁGUA PAMA CAIPIRINHA

1 1/2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1/2 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 a lime quartered (4 standard lime wedges)

Muddle limes and simple syrup throughly. Add ÁGUA LUCA, PAMA and ice. Shake vigorously. Pour entire contents, including ice, into a Lowball glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.

IMACULADA

2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1 oz. Cointreau
3/4 oz. of white cranberry juice
Juice of 1/4 lime squeezed

Mix ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake over ice, strain into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with a lime twist.

Cranberry Daiquiri

Pinch of mint
2 1/2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1/2 oz. lime juice
1 oz. cranberry puree
1 oz. club soda

Pour all ingredients except soda over ice in mixing glass. Shake and pour into Highball glass with club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig sprinkled with sugar in the raw.

Tangerine Batida

2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1 oz. fresh tangerine juice
1/2 oz. fresh limejuice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1/2 oz. coconut milk

Pour all ingredients over ice in mixing glass. Shake and strain over ice into Highball glass. Garnish with a tangerine or coconut slice.

ASIAN DAIQUIRI

1 1/2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
5  Blueberries
Juice from 1/2 lemon
1/2 oz. Lychee juice
Dash of simple syrup

In a shaker, muddle blueberries, lemon juice, lychee juice and simple syrup. Add ice and ÁGUA LUCA. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a fresh lychee fruit.

ÁGUA LUCA FANCY DAIQUIRI

1 1/2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1 oz. fresh pineapple puree
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. simple syrup
1/3 oz. coconut milk

Shake over ice and pour over ice in a highball glass.

THE LOVE CHILD
(A "love child" of the caipirinha and the mojito)

2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1 1/4-1 1/2  oz. simple syrup
Half lemon cut in quarters
10-17 large juicy mint leaves
1 beautiful mint sprig for garnish

Muddle lemons and mint in a shaker. Add ÁGUA LUCA and simple syrup.  Stir briefly to dissolve.  Add ice, shake vigorously and strain over cracked ice into a Double old fashioned glass.  Clap mint sprig and then garnish.

ASK GUSTAVO

2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
4 lime wedges
Sprite to top

Pour ÁGUA LUCA into a rocks glass filled with ice.  Top with Sprite.  Squeeze and drop 4 lime wedges into the glass.

DESERT MULE

1 1/4 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup
Barretts Ginger Beer

Pour ÁGUA LUCA, lime juice and simple syrup over ice in a Collins glass.  Stir.  Fill remainder of the glass with barretts ginger beer.  Stir again.

ÁGUA PEACH

1 1/2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1 1/2 oz. peach puree
splash of ginger liqueur (e.g., Creme de Gingembre)
Splash of simple syrup
Splash of fresh lime juice

Shake over ice and serve in a martini glass.  Garnish, if desired, with a slice of peach.

ÁGUA LUCA ELECTROLYTE

1 1/2-2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
2-2 1/2 oz.fresh watermelon puree
1 oz. pineapple juice
1 1/2 teaspoons of sugar
1/2 oz. lemon juice

In a cocktail shaker, muddle or stir watermelon puree with sugar until sugar is dissolved, add 1/2 oz lemon juice, pineapple juice, and ÁGUA LUCA.  Shake over ice for at least 6 seconds.  Pour all ingredients (including ice) into a Collins glass. Or strain and serve "up" in a martini glass. Garnish with a watermelon wedge.

ÁGUA LUCA LYCHEE RAZZ MARTINI

1 1/2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1 1/2 oz. lychee juice (from can or Ceres from box, or can substitute Soho lychee liqueur)
1/2 oz. sweet and sour
1/2 oz. Chambord

Pour 1.5 oz ÁGUA LUCA into a shaker glass, add lychee syrup, sweet and sour and shake well over ice. Strain into a martini glass and add a splash of Chambord for color. Garnish with three raspberries.

ÁGUA LUCA BRAZILIAN LOVE POTION

2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
2 whole strawberries
3 wedges of pineapple
3/4 oz. Rock Candy Syrup (Trader Vic's is a good brand)
1 oz. Fresh Lime juice

Remove stem from strawberries and slice, cut up pineapple wedges ensuring no rind or core is in the chunks.  Place all fruit into a mixing glass. Muddle fruit until well pulverized, add all remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously with ice until well chilled. Strain into a chilled Martini glass, garnish with a strawberry on the rim.

MILE HIGH MOJITO

1 Part ÁGUA LUCA
1 Part HPNOTIQ
1 oz. Simple Syrup
2 lime wedges (plus 1 for garnish)
12 mint leaves
Soda water

Muddle mint leaves, lime wedges and simple syrup.  Add ice, Agua Luca and HPNOTIQ.  Shake thoroughly and pour into a Collins glass.  Top with soda water. Garnish with lime wedge.

PAMA LUCA CAIPIRINHA

1 1/2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1 1/2 oz. PAMA Pomegranate Liqueur
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
1/2 a lime quartered (4 standard lime wedges)

Impetuoso

1 1/2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA

Shake over ice and strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with pomegranate seeds.

BLUE BRAZILIAN MARGARITA

1 1/2 oz. ÁGUA LUCA
1 oz. HPNOTIQ
1/2 oz. Cointreau
Splash of Lime Juice

Shake and serve over the rocks in a Lowball glass or Margarita glass.
