Evan Williams Drink Recipes

Frozen Bourbon Ball
1 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon
1 oz. Du Bouchett Crème de Cacao (dark)
Vanilla Ice Cream

Mix together in blender with two scoops of ice cream until smooth.

Hot Toddy
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon
3 oz. boiling water
1/2 lemon juice (optional)
Serve in a mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Evan's White-Chocolate Cafe au Lait  (serves 6)
2 oz. servings white chocolate, melted
1/2 C. servings steamed or scalded whole milk
Tbs. Espresso
1/2 tsp. sugar or cinnamon
1 oz. servings Evan Williams Bourbon
Pour the melted chocolate into 6 12 oz. mugs or coffee cups.  Add scalded milk, espresso and Evan Williams Bourbon to each and stir.  Top each serving with sugar, cinnamon, chocolate shavings and cinnamon sticks.  Serve immediately.

Manhattan
2 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon
3/4 oz. Sweet vermouth
Cherry
Stir and stain into pre-chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.

Evan Old Fashioned
Dash of Angostura Bitters
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon
1 oz. splash of soda/water
Cherry
Orange slice
Lemon twist
Build in an old fashioned glass filled with ice cubes.

Classic Mint Julep
2 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. water
2-3 mint sprigs
Shaved ice
Fill 3/4 of cup with shaved ice.  Add Bourbon, then sugar solution.  Stir gently.  Add ice to fill cup.  Garnish with mint sprig.

Dixie Toddy
3/4 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon
3/4 oz. Apple Liqueur
5 oz. spiced cider
Pour all into a mug and garnish with cinnamon stick.

Evan & 7
Mix 1 1/2 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon with lemon-lime soda and pour over ice. 
Garnish with lime.

Seven Year Itch
In a shaker, combine 2 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon, ginger ale and club soda. 
Pour over ice and garnish with lemon wedge.

Bourbon Crusta
2 oz. Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage Bourbon
1/2 oz. Triple Sec
1/2 oz. Maraschino Liqueur
1/2 oz. Fresh lemon juice
Shake with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with twist of orange peel.

Bourbontini (serves 1)
Ice cubes
1/4 C. Evan Williams Bourbon
1 tbsp. Harlequin
1 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
Dash of Angostura bitters
1 clementine or tangerine section
Fill a shaker with ice.  Add the Evan Williams, Harlequin, lemon juice and bitters. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass.  Garnish with the clementine section and serve.

Vintage Manhattan
1 oz. Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage
1 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Shake with cracked ice, strain into cocktail glass, garnish with cherry.

Vintage Old Fashioned
1 1/2 oz. Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage
1 tsp. Very fine granulated sugar
Splash of water
Dash of Angostura Bitters
In an old-fashioned glass, muddle water, sugar and bitters, add ice, Bourbon, garnish with a cherry and orange slice.
