Dubonnet Drink Recipes

1940's Wedding Belle
1/4 Orange
1/4 oz. Wild Cherry Brandy
3/4 oz. Burnett's Gin
3/4 oz. Dubonnet Blanc
In a mixing glass, stir well with cracked ice and strain into three ounce cocktail glass.

Merry Widow
2 oz.  Burnett's Vodka
1 1/2 oz.  Dubonnet Rouge
1 oz.  Dry Vermouth
Dash Angostura Bitters
Mix vigorously in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.  Strain into lowball glass over crushed ice.  Garnish with a lemon twist.

Sweet Red Kiss
1 1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
1/3 Chambord
1/3 Absolut Kurant
Splash orange juice, pineapple juice and cranberry juice
Serve up with sugar rim.  Garnish with orange slice/twist.

Fat Cat Fizz
1 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
1 oz. Chambord
fill with 7-up
Serve in a double rocks glass or chimney.  Garnish with a lemon twist.

Blushing Angel
1 1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
Mix gently with:
5 oz. Champagne or Sparkling Asti
Splash of cranberry juice
Garnish with a twist of lemon rim on glass.

Dubonnet Cosmopolitan
1 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
3/4 oz. Triple Se
2 oz. Cranberry juice
Splash of lime juice
Shake with cracked ice, strain into cocktail glass, garnish with a twist of lime.

Harper's Restaurant Signature Martini
3 parts Stoli(r) Persik Vodka
1 Part Dubonnet Rouge
1 Part Maraschino liqueur
Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass.  Garnish with a maraschino cherry.

The Red Racer (3rd place in Harper's Martini Challenge)
1 oz. Vodka
3/4 oz. Cointreau(r)
3/4 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
2 oz. Cranberry juice
Splash of lime juice
Shake with ice and strain into martini glass.

Dubonnet Martini
1 1/2 oz. Gin or Vodka
3/4 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
Shake with cracked ice, strain into cocktail glass, garnish with a lemon twist.

Appetizer
3/4 oz. Burnett's Gin
3/4 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 1/2 oz. Orange juice
Pour ingredients into iced mixing glass.  Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Irish Kitty
2 oz.  Kilbeggan Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
1/2 oz. Giori Lemoncillo Liqueur
Pour ingredients into iced mixing glass.  Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Club Macanudo
2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1/2 oz. Alizé VSOP Cognac
1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
Splash of Champagne

1 3/4 oz. Tyrconnell Irish Whiskey
1/2 oz. Sweet Vermouth
1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
Pour ingredients into iced mixing glass.  Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with lemon twist.

Dubonnet Fuzzy
2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
3/4 oz. Lazzaroni Amaretto Liqueur
1 1/4 oz. Pineapple juice
Combine into a bucket glass with ice.  Garnish with pineapple wedge.

Lady Madonna
1 1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
1 1/2 oz. Dry Vermouth
Combine into a Brandy snifter with ice.  Garnish with lemon twist.

3/4 oz. Burnett's Gin

3/4 oz. Dubonnet Blanc
2-3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 1/2 oz. Orange juice

1/4 oz. Dry Vermouth

3 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 3/4 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon

Lafayette Manhattan
3/4 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
2 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon
Pour ingredients into iced mixing glass.  Stir and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.  Garnish with lemon twist or a cherry.

Mazatlan Manhattan
1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge
1/2 oz. Fresh lime juice
1/4 oz. Maraschino cherry juice
2 oz. Evan Williams Bourbon

Twin Peaks Manhattan
1/2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge

One part Dubonnet Blanc
Ice
2 parts grapefruit juice
Garnish with a lime.
