BARDSTOWN

, KY - Burnett's Vodka and Gin are delivering holiday cheer (and profits) with vibrant seasonal point of sale for mass floor displays.  The festive and highly visible POS helps draw consumers to case stackings of Burnett's Vodka and Gin - two of the leading U.S.-bottled white spirits.  Plus, the addition of several new flavor varieties to the red-hot line of Burnett's Flavored Vodkas will make the Burnett's display even more attractive to consumers planning parties or looking for gifts.

Ever since Sir Robert Burnett served as the Lord Mayor of
London in the 18th century, the Burnett's name has been synonymous with quality and smoothness.  And with December the number one month for consumption of both Gin and Vodka, now is the time to capitalize on the popularity of these categories with the Burnett's brands - both of which are top sellers nationally.

The growth of the Burnett's Vodka line has outpaced the growth of the entire Vodka category - for good reason.  The quadruple distillation and triple charcoal filtering process used in making Burnett's Vodka is clearly superior to competitively-priced brands.  Another reason is the addition of flavored Vodkas to Burnett's line.  As the dominant trend in the category, flavored Vodkas bring added versatility and incremental sales growth for a brand recognized as a leader.  Burnett's all-natural flavors include citrus, raspberry, vanilla, orange, sour apple, coconut, cranberry and lime, all of which have achieved remarkable initial sales without cannibalizing the unflavored vodka.

"The holiday season is a great opportunity to promote the year-round popularity of white spirits," said
Reid Massie, marketing manager for Heaven Hill Distilleries, producers of Burnett's Gin and Vodkas.  "Burnett's unique quality and clarity make it a great holiday gift or mixer for holiday-themed entertaining.  In addition, Burnett's flavored Vodkas offer the flavor versatility for many classic and holiday-themed cocktails."

Burnett's Vodka has introduced festive holiday point-of-sale to attract consumers to a rapidly growing brand within the world's largest distilled spirits category.  Retailers can capitalize on Burnett's during the holiday by topping floor displays with a Burnett's holiday case card in high traffic areas.  The case cards deliver the "Nothing but good cheer" tagline with an arresting visual of two toasting martinis that are so clean and clear...that the glasses have actually vanished!  These sophisticated merchandising materials are a "clear" representation of Burnett's distillation process which produces Burnett's superior smoothness.  The case card features the recognizable Burnett's bottle and the familiar clear label just below the toasting glasses.

Burnett's Vodka also offers a shelftalker with a tear-off pad featuring holiday recipe ideas.  The attractive shelftalker provides consumers with recipes for drinks such as a "Holiday Magic" and a "Cranberry Martini" made with Burnett's Vodka--additional recipes are available on the back of the tear-off.
Also available for the holidays are Burnett's Vodka-branded shelf strips and bullseyes for special seasonal pricing.

Retailers can also enhance their Burnett's Vodka displays with the rapidly-selling range of Burnett's Flavored Vodkas.  Bringing a new level of flexibility and mixibility to the brand, the Burnett's Flavors all feature the clear bottle and label, which consumers have come to recognize on the shelf as meaning quality and clarity.

Burnett's Gin is a true distilled London Dry Gin that distills natural botanicals together with the spirit delivering a smooth, distinctive flavor.  "The Gin with the Smooth British Accent", as the tagline reads, is still produced according to the original recipe perfected by Sir Robert Burnett in 1770.

Burnett's Gin warms up the holiday with a case card that is "Perfect for the Holidays."  The attractive Burnett's Gin POS helps lend a holiday feel to any store, the case card features a bottle positioned in front of a ribbon in the form of a holiday tree.  The stylized tree is accented by Gin cocktails at the base of the tree and a price spot.

The eye-catching Burnett's Gin holiday shelf talker offers a recipe for "Burnett's Holiday Fizz" for seasonal celebrations.  The shelf talker carries over the ribbon-theme from the case card with a flowing ribbon through the Burnett's logo and the tear pad.  Additional recipes are available on the back side of the tear pad, as well.
