Declared “America's Native Spirit” by a 1964 act of Congress, Bourbon has always been the heart and soul of Heaven Hill Distilleries. Heaven Hill was originally established as a Bourbon distiller in 1934, and today the world's second largest holding of aging Kentucky Bourbon sleeps peacefully in our 42 open rick warehouses situated throughout Nelson County, the heart of “Bourbon Country.”

By law, Bourbon must be made up of at least 51% corn and be aged a minimum of two years in a new charred white oak barrel, standards that were pioneered by early Bourbon makers such as Evan Williams and Rev. Elijah Craig.

Today, our brands named after these early Kentucky whiskey-makers exceed these standards, offering unique attributes of age, proof and heritage in an astonishing range of traditional, small batch, single barrel, rye-based and wheated Bourbons. And all are produced under the watchful eyes of father and son Master Distillers Parker and Craig Beam, the sixth and seventh generations of a famed Bourbon-making family.

	As America's second largest selling Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Evan Williams honors the man recognized as “Kentucky's First Distiller”, who set up his stills in 1783 on the banks of the Ohio River in Louisville. Evan Williams Black Label, 86 proof, was a Silver Medalist at the recent San Francisco World Spirits Competition, defeating brands costing four or five times its price. It is a nationally and internationally known Bourbon, with distribution in select markets in Europe, Asia and the Pacific Rim.
	This super-premium bottling of our flagship brand is the world's only vintage-dated Single Barrel Bourbon and is one of the world's most acclaimed whiskeys. The first American Whiskey ever to win The Spirit Journal 's Whiskey of the Year award, Evan Williams Single Barrel Vintage is bottled solely from one barrel hand-selected by Master Distillers Parker and Craig Beam. The most recent vintage is the 1997.
	Evan Williams Original Southern Egg Nog mixes extra-aged Evan Williams Kentucky Straight Bourbon with rich, creamy egg nog. 	At 12 years old and 94 proof, Elijah Craig is bottled exclusively from a dumping of 70 barrels or less, all drawn from the middle to upper floors of the traditional metal clad rickhouses. It is the original Small Batch Bourbon, having been made available even before the term was invented. Elijah Craig recently won Double Gold at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition and was named winner in the Premium Bourbon category in Whisky Magazine 's bi-annual “Best of the Best” tasting competition.
	The oldest Single Barrel Bourbon in the world at 18 years, Elijah Craig Single Barrel is a rare marvel of whiskey-making. Only a handful of the millions of aging Bourbon barrels are allowed to mature this long, resulting in an extremely complex, layered sensory experience. The barrels are hand selected by Parker and Craig Beam, and after 18 years of Kentucky seasons nearly 2/3 of the contents of the barrel have evaporated into “Angel's Share”!
	The only extra-aged bottled in bond Single Barrel Bourbon available today, Henry McKenna Single Barrel is aged 10 years before each “honey barrel” is dumped and bottled as is. At 10 years and 100 proof, it meets the exacting US government standards for a true bottled in bond Bourbon.
	Henry McKenna brought his family’s whiskey recipe with him from Ireland in 1837 and settled in Fairfield Kentucky, founding his distillery there in 1855. He soon adapted his techniques to the local Kentucky grains, particularly corn, and began producing what became known as “Kentucky’s Finest Table Whiskey.” To this day, Henry McKenna Bourbon honors that heritage with a Bourbon that can be served with pride and poured without pretension.

	Made with a "whisper of wheat" according to a time-honored formula, Old Fitzgerald is critically acclaimed for its distinct, complex nose and taste.
