Welcome to Heaven Hill Distilleries Bourbon-Making Process. Since 1934, Heaven Hill has been a leader in the production of Bourbon with the world's second largest inventory of Bourbon aging in our rickhouses, including some of the most critically acclaimed brands ever made.
Join us for a short trip through the steps in the Bourbon-making process at Heaven Hill. Your tour guide for the video is our eighth-generation Master Distiller Craig Beam. His job will be to walk you through each step from selecting the grains to putting the barrels to rest in our rickhouses. Each step is critical in achieving the richness and flavor of Evan Williams, Elijah Craig, Old Fitzgerald and every Bourbon we produce.
You may choose one of two ways to view the Bourbon-making process depending on your connection. The "Video Tour" provides live action for high-bandwidth users. For low-bandwidth visitors, the "Photo Tour" is an excellent alternative for viewing the craft of Bourbon-making.
